TRANSFER: You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense or provide commercial hosting services with the Software. You may, however, make a one-time permanent transfer of all of your license rights to the Software to another end user in connection with the transfer of ownership of your Product, provided that: (i) the transfer must include your Product and all of the Software. Both the Midas M32 and Behringer X32 share the same design of show management using the console GUI, M32-Edit and X32-Edit apps. This app provides an alternative method to manage these show files (cues, scenes and snippets). It provides an easier method of reorganizing and importing/exporting of files. Download and install WINE as explained in this link; Download the Windows program(s) where you are allowed to edit the files (On Mac you have to press cmd+shift+. To view hidden files) Edit all the settings according to your needs; Start the program(s) (on first start Wine may need do download and install a few more components). I re-download the software and firmware, and got the same problem, so no corrupt files. I ran the software as an administrator, I also backtracked on recent Windows updates, I cleared the computer of any open apps, I ran a clean up program - all to no avail. Then I downloaded the M32-Edit (which I'd read works just the same) and Bingo!
